Find out what your funnel is actually doing.

A free audit that shows you in writing, and a paid teardown that goes all the way down.

Most engagements with us start here, because the audit is free and the findings are yours either way. For teams that want the full picture, the paid teardown goes deal by deal.

The free audit

A real look at what you run today: a sample of the data you buy, how your outreach is sent, and what your CRM says happened to all of it. The findings arrive in writing and they are yours to keep whether or not we ever work together. There is a quote at the end and no obligation to take it. If you do not have all three inputs, send what you have.

What the report shows

The audit is the report: findings in writing, specific enough to act on. No data means no line, and sometimes the honest finding is that your setup is fine. We say that too.

What this looks like in practice

A worked example, illustrative

A teardown of a mid-size CRM tends to surface the same families of finding: a block of deals stalled on a contact who left the company a year ago, a duplicate rate high enough to distort the pipeline number, meetings counted at booking, and a lead source that looks productive until the scanner clicks come out of it.

Each finding arrives in writing with the fix beside it, ordered by what it is costing you. The roadmap is written so your own team could execute it. Whether you hire us to do so is a separate decision, and the document does not depend on it.

Pricing

The audit is free. The teardown is flat by CRM size, $1,000 to $2,500, and the fee is credited toward any program started within 30 days, so it pays for itself if you continue.

Questions we get asked

Why pay when the audit is free?

Depth. The free audit reviews what you send us and reports what it finds. The teardown classifies every deal in your CRM by stall reason and ends in a roadmap you could execute without us.

Is the free audit a sales pitch?

It ends in a quote, and the quote is optional. The findings are yours to keep either way, which is the part that matters.

What do you need from me?

A sample of the data you buy, who sends your outreach, and what your CRM reports. Missing one or two? Send what you have.

What if the finding is that I do not need you?

Then that is what the audit says. It is a legitimate result, and it has happened.
