Getting the size band right

Most disappointing lists are not wrong. They are pointed at the wrong size of company.

A list can be perfectly accurate and still useless. If every contact works at a company with four thousand employees, your email is going to somebody who cannot sign anything and whose procurement process is longer than your runway.

The opposite failure is quieter. Companies below a certain size often have no budget line for what you sell, so the conversation is pleasant and goes nowhere.

Where we start

Ten to five hundred people is our default band. Large enough that a budget exists, small enough that the person who answers can usually spend it.

It is a starting point rather than a rule. If your buyer is a two hundred site operator or a ten person agency, we move the band and say so. What we will not do is quietly widen it to make the volume look better, which is the usual way this number gets stretched.

Send us what you are running now: the data you buy, how your outreach is sent, and what your CRM reports. We review all of it. You get the findings in writing and you keep them whether or not you work with us. There is a quote at the end and no obligation to take it.
