What arrives in your report, what each number means, and the rules that keep every one of them dependable.
A report from us follows the funnel in order. Contacts delivered, with the date each mailbox was last checked. Campaign activity: what was sent, what came back, and which replies were people. Rep activity: dials, conversations and outcomes, drawn from the same timestamped logs you can read yourself. Meetings held. Deals moved, by stage, in your CRM.
Each number is measured at the stage it belongs to. Nothing is rolled up into a score, because scores hide the stage that failed. If a week was bad, the report says which part of it was bad. The counting discipline is one sentence: counted, never estimated.
This is every company we have processed since we started, not a quarter and not a sample. Each stage removes more than the one before it. We publish the whole shape rather than the number at the end, because the number at the end means nothing without the three above it.
Four percent survive. The depth of that filter is what you are buying when you buy a contact from us.
One email to one recipient registered 47 clicks. The recipient's security software had opened it and clicked every link, over and over. Two clicks came from the actual person. Two is the number we reported.
We do not publish how the filter tells them apart. The moment that is public it stops working, and then everyone's numbers are wrong again. What we will tell you is which of the two numbers ends up on your report, every time.
A booked meeting is a calendar invite. A held meeting is one where both people showed up and talked. The second number is always lower, sometimes by half, and it is the one that goes on your report.
It is the number your forecast can rely on.
The same discipline runs through the rest of it. A recovered deal counts when it moves stage, not when a rep logs a call about it. An SQL counts when it meets the definition we agreed with you in writing, not when the quarter is looking thin.
None of this makes our numbers look bigger. It makes them correct, which is what makes them worth acting on.
They hold on every engagement, for every client, in every quarter.
Opens are not intent, at any threshold.
An open is usually a scanner doing its job. It will never appear on your report as interest, and we will not bill against it.Distinct human clicks, never raw clicks.
One person clicking twice is one person. A scanner clicking nine times is zero.No data means no line. We never invent a value.
A blank cell in your file is a blank cell in ours. Nothing is filled in by a model to make the export look complete.Never infer seniority. No title means excluded.
If we cannot see what someone actually does, they do not go in your list as a director.Measured beats theoretical. Underclaim always.
If we can either estimate a number or count it, we count it, and the counted number is the one you get.The system tells you when it is wrong, not only when it is working.
If a batch is bad, a campaign stalls, or a number moves for a reason that is not real performance, you hear it from us first.Suppressed contacts are stopped, never deleted.
Somebody who asked not to be contacted stays on record as suppressed, so they cannot be re-added by the next import.Your domain never sends cold mail. Ours does.
We buy, warm and maintain the sending domains, so bounces, complaints and blocks land on our infrastructure rather than your brand. They are not principles we arrived at in the abstract. Each one is a response to something we found in a file we had already paid for.
Send us what you are running now: the data you buy, how your outreach is sent, and what your CRM reports. We review all of it. You get the findings in writing and you keep them whether or not you work with us. There is a quote at the end and no obligation to take it.
