Why a list decays and what we do about it

A contact file is not a fixed asset. It starts degrading the day it is built.

People change jobs. Companies get acquired, rename themselves, or move their mail to a different provider. A mailbox that answered in March may not answer in September, and nothing about the row on your screen will tell you that has happened.

Accuracy is not a property a list has. It is a property a list had on a particular date. That is why every record we hand over carries the date it was last checked. If a row is four months old you can see that it is four months old and decide what it is worth to you.

What we recheck, and when

Records move back through our checks on a rolling basis rather than all at once, with anything about to reach a client going first. A record that fails on the way through is dropped from the sellable pool rather than corrected with a guess.

We do not publish the exact intervals or the mechanics of the check. What we will tell you is the date attached to your row, which is the part that affects your decision.

Find out what your funnel can produce.

Send us what you are running now: the data you buy, how your outreach is sent, and what your CRM reports. We review all of it. You get the findings in writing and you keep them whether or not you work with us. There is a quote at the end and no obligation to take it.
